this is my first time photographing a high school senior
as i reflect on my style and what i enjoy the most about photography it IS the people - REAL people
my work has been described as REAL by fellow photographers - this means a lot to me that i am staying true to myself and my style
I am so grateful to have had this opportunity.

We couldn’t be further from an ocean but there are plenty of beaches and lakes here and we are still REALLY loving summer in Minnesota!

I did a little organizing for my “One Project A Month” in the mud room.
I am going to skip august OPAM since it is the last month before William leaves me for full day kindergarten

here are the before shots

and the after - not really that much different -

these little baskets from world market store my sunblock and first aid necessities…

oh and here is one of Andrew with his new soccer gear on - notice he is wearing pajamas (?) and the socks are above his knees, tag sticking out of the shin guards - we were cracking up

Weekend availability is limited and the deadline for a session which guarantees holiday delivery is November 2nd.

i am in loooove with my new canvas - measuring 30×40 with a 2.5 inch wrap, and a 4″ digital matte. it sits above my mantle. take a look -
